A proud U.S. Navy Seabees veteran with a degree in Business, Devan brings more than 30 years of experience in leadership, customer relationships, and helping people make informed insurance decisions to the Joffe State Farm team. Throughout his career, he has earned a reputation for honesty, dependability, and a genuine commitment to serving others.
As a licensed insurance professional with extensive experience in personal and commercial insurance, Devan helps customers protect every stage of life. He works with individuals, families, and business owners to provide guidance on Auto, Home, Renters, Condo, Business, Life, Health, and Liability coverage, making complex insurance decisions easier to understand.
Devan is passionate about building lasting relationships with the people he serves. His goal is not simply to write policies but to be a trusted resource customers can rely on as their needs change over time.
Outside the office, Devan is a devoted father of three who enjoys spending time with his family, playing sports, reading, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with his hound dog. He is also actively involved in the community and believes serving others is just as important outside the office as it is inside.

Yael Joffe

Yael Joffe received a BFA in Theatre and a minor in French at the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana as well as having studied Digital Film Directing at California Institute of the Arts (Cal Arts). She segued into graphic design and started working in the Marketing Department for a non-profit located in Evanston, Illinois. On the side she would freelance graphic and web design, eventually building up a network to start her own business YELLmedia. She has won over 75+ awards for logo, branding, print, and web design. Yael is excited to support Joffe State Farm in Gilbert, Arizona in expanding its brand recognition and customer network, while building a strong collaboration with a highly respected and trusted household name.
